We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns for Pain Relief Device
You are encouraged to use and test your device within the 60-day period to ensure it works for you. We understand that every body responds differently, so if you do not feel the product helps with your pain, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging and include all components received with your order.
Returns for Supplements
We offer a 60-day return policy for supplements starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at kanjilabs@gmail.com with the reason for the exchange. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
